Stuck In The Psychedelic Era

Stuck in the Psychedelic Era features music from roughly the years 1964-70. The show is rooted in the music generated by self-contained American bands of the late 1960s (and their British inspirations), yet is constantly expanding beyond those roots to create an eclectic blend of music unlike anything else in modern radio. Much of the music is taken directly from the Hermit’s vintage vinyl, scratches and all.

Invoking the original underground radio format of the late 1960s, Stuck in the Psychedelic Era is a recreation of the counter-culture format developed on early college radio stations, with the added advantage of having an historical perspective on the music itself.
