Join The Crow for Cognitive Decline every Sunday from 2-3pm, and listen in for songs related to each week’s current musical theme, occasionally interspersed with the host’s general meanderings, musings, rants and other mental distractions that we all put up with because, well, actually we don’t know why. What can you expect from The Rockin’ Chair with DJ Franny? The beauty of having a show on Bandon Community Radio is the freedom to experiment from show to show.

Some Sundays, a local Bandonite will co-host The Rockin’ Chair and choose the playlist. The Bandonite may be a business owner, a representative from the Senior Center, a pastor of a church, one of my “Bandon Besties,” a family member, a writer, or a random person off the street. Guests will come from all walks of life, and could include members of the various Bandon clubs -Toastmasters, University Women’s Club of Bandon, The Writers’ Club, The Welcome Club, The Rotary Club – or from the library, the Bandon Historical Society Museum, the Chamber of Commerce or City Hall. I will solo some weeks, with a focus on an album or artist. You may hear a comedy skit or two & I may read some of my writings!

The music may be classic rock, but the show will be eclectic. Stay tuned for another exciting episode of The Rockin’ Chair!
